  • Serve as our internal press office function, helping to coordinate the end-to-end management of global news distribution alongside our in-house team, external partners and agencies
  • Craft and deliver compelling communications that showcase both sporting performance and broader league narratives – developing and executing athlete storytelling initiatives that promote the sport, amplify personalities, team / athlete storylines, and ultimately drive deeper engagement
  • Oversee a range of global media touchpoints, including commentary briefings, virtual roundtables, press conferences and more
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international media outlets, journalists, and content distributors

  • Develop and produce media releases, VNRs, media toolkits, briefing notes, and other press materials tailored for global distribution
  • Coordinate and oversee media tools and distribution systems. Track performance across channels and report on effectiveness of distribution and campaigns to aid data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • Past experience with a rightsholder (team or league), and working with athletes strongly preferred
  • Deep understanding of the sports media landscape globally, particularly in the U.K.

  • Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines
  • A collaborative communicator who thrives in fast-paced, high-performance environments
  • Great at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver results
