• Develop detailed site layouts and plans for the event (CAD)
• Responsible for building integrated venue design for suppliers
• Review and adjust specifications as needed to meet evolving project needs
• Manage quotes and specs for all temporary structures
• Collaborate with colleagues, Local Production Agency, suppliers and contractors
• Create and maintain a project management plan for event operations
• Assess overall site readiness ahead of build
• Enforce health and safety compliance alongside SailGP and Local Production Agencies
