About the role
- Create and lead SAIF’s AI strategy
- Collaborate with leaders across divisions to find opportunities for AI impact
- Oversee development of AI solutions, from ideation to implementation
- Educate and engage employees about AI
- Ensure responsible use of AI with focus on ethics, risk, and governance
- Drive and maintain roadmap of AI initiatives
- Lead multi-disciplinary AI teams
- Communicate complex AI concepts to executives and non-technical stakeholders
- Advise leadership on AI trends and opportunities
Requirements
- Ten or more years insurance business, and/or innovation experience
- Five or more years of supervisory or significant leadership experience
- Experience with strategy development/execution
- Demonstrated interest in applying AI technologies to business use cases
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field
