Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline and revenue targets
  • Develop and execute a scalable B2B SaaS growth strategy
  • Optimize CAC, LTV, funnel conversion rates, and pipeline velocity
  • Drive predictable, repeatable demand generation systems
  • Lead multi-channel demand generation across inbound, outbound, events, ABM
  • Implement AI-driven tools and automation

  • Own the company’s content strategy end-to-end

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of marketing experience
  • Leadership roles within B2B SaaS and enterprise software environments
  • Proven success marketing into mid-market and enterprise segments
  • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics: ARR, CAC, LTV
  • Experience leveraging AI tools for campaign execution
  • Strong strategic thinker with hands-on execution instincts
  • Demonstrated ownership of content strategy and brand positioning
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams
