About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline and revenue targets
- Develop and execute a scalable B2B SaaS growth strategy
- Optimize CAC, LTV, funnel conversion rates, and pipeline velocity
- Drive predictable, repeatable demand generation systems
- Lead multi-channel demand generation across inbound, outbound, events, ABM
- Implement AI-driven tools and automation
- Oversee marketing funnel performance from awareness through SQL and revenue
- Own the company’s content strategy end-to-end
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of marketing experience
- Leadership roles within B2B SaaS and enterprise software environments
- Proven success marketing into mid-market and enterprise segments
- Deep understanding of SaaS metrics: ARR, CAC, LTV
- Experience leveraging AI tools for campaign execution
- Strong strategic thinker with hands-on execution instincts
- Demonstrated ownership of content strategy and brand positioning
- Experience managing cross-functional teams
