About the role
- Role drives partner-customer retention, contract renewals, and channel partner success for US and EMEA.
- Serve as strategic point of contact for a portfolio of channel partners to maximize value from SAI360 solutions and identify growth opportunities.
- Based in EST; willing to work flexible hours to accommodate EMEA partners.
- Channel Partner Success: build relationships, provide training/resources, and align with internal teams.
- Monitor partner satisfaction and engagement; drive joint success plans; mitigate risks.
- Own end-to-end renewal process and collaborate to structure renewal proposals and upsell opportunities.
- Forecast renewal pipeline and contribute to revenue retention targets.
Requirements
- Must reside in Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.
- 5+ years of experience in Enterprise level Account Management, Customer Success, or Channel Management in SaaS or enterprise software
- Proven track record of managing renewals and driving customer retention
- Experience working with channel partners or indirect sales models
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), customer success platforms, and data analytics
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills required with the ability to work within all levels of an organization.
