About the role

  • Role drives partner-customer retention, contract renewals, and channel partner success for US and EMEA.
  • Serve as strategic point of contact for a portfolio of channel partners to maximize value from SAI360 solutions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Based in EST; willing to work flexible hours to accommodate EMEA partners.
  • Channel Partner Success: build relationships, provide training/resources, and align with internal teams.
  • Monitor partner satisfaction and engagement; drive joint success plans; mitigate risks.
  • Own end-to-end renewal process and collaborate to structure renewal proposals and upsell opportunities.
  • Forecast renewal pipeline and contribute to revenue retention targets.

Requirements

  • Must reside in Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.
  • 5+ years of experience in Enterprise level Account Management, Customer Success, or Channel Management in SaaS or enterprise software
  • Proven track record of managing renewals and driving customer retention
  • Experience working with channel partners or indirect sales models
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), customer success platforms, and data analytics
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills required with the ability to work within all levels of an organization.
