About the role
- Create compelling user-centered designs alongside Product Manager by conducting user interviews, usability tests, and creating design workflows
- Lead UX design efforts for new feature developments on our internal and external tools from concept to launch
- Refine the UI/UX of client and end user facing systems to ensure a seamless experience for all users
- Collaborate closely with product teams and internal staff to align on project goals and deliverables
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design specifications to communicate ideas effectively to developers, stakeholders, and end users
- Contribute to writing and refining user stories and UAC (User Acceptance Criteria) for design tasks
- Maintain a cohesive design system to ensure efficiency and consistency across systems
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional UX design experience, preferably with SaaS or digital products
- Expertise in design tooling (Figma a plus), prototyping, UX research methods, and usability testing
- Excelling in end-to-end product design, which includes user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design
- Ability to learn our industry, users, and clients and empathize with their priorities and needs. Familiarity with market research tools or qualitative research is a plus.
- A proven track record of solving complex design challenges
- Self-motivated; comfortable working independently or as part of a team
- Track record of successful remote work
