Use active listening and in-depth knowledge to complete a thorough needs analysis and recommend a plan that fits
Answer inbound calls from customers and walk them through health plan options
Build and maintain trusting relationships with members and prospects
Establish yourself as a trusted advisor throughout the consultation process
Represent BroadPath and our client partners with professionalism and care

Active resident Health Insurance Producer License
Ability to obtain reciprocal state health insurance licenses if required (fees covered by BroadPath/Sagility)
High School Diploma or equivalent
1+ successful season(s) as a Licensed Health Insurance Agent in a telesales environment
Ability to sit for extended periods of time while maintaining focus and productivity in a remote work environment
Ability to multitask across multiple software platforms while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
Ability to confidently assume the sale and guide the conversation toward a successful close
