About the role
- Design and execute a comprehensive regional sales plan, leveraging data to prioritize opportunities and close performance gaps.
- Lead and manage relationships with the region’s most strategic agencies, ensuring consistent engagement and alignment with growth objectives.
- Represent SageSure at targeted tradeshows, industry events, and high-profile producer meetings to strengthen brand presence.
- Provide actionable market intelligence and producer feedback to guide regional and company-level strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with underwriting, marketing, policy services, and product teams to ensure regional success.
- Mentor and develop Sales Managers and Agency Success Managers, sharing best practices and reinforcing high-performance standards.
- Oversee new producer onboarding and training programs to ensure readiness and adoption of SageSure processes and tools.
- Act as a subject matter expert on SageSure’s quoting systems, guidelines, and producer-facing tools, providing training as needed.
- Manage key producer inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of policy or system issues.
- Optimize regional travel schedules, meeting cadence, and budget allocation for maximum sales impact.
- Support product development and annual filing reviews with field-based insights.
- Partner with marketing to execute brand-building initiatives, including digital and social campaigns.
Requirements
- 10–12 years of relevant sales, producer management, or field engagement experience in the Property & Casualty discipline.
- Demonstrated success managing high-value accounts and executing sales strategies that deliver measurable results.
- P&C License required in the residence state, or have the ability to gain the license within 90 days of employment.
- Experience serving as a senior field leader, influencing internal and external stakeholders at a strategic level.
- Skilled in facilitating business planning, performance reviews, and producer enablement sessions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional presence in high-stakes settings.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and maintain disciplined execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Must live in a SageSure market, have reliable transportation, a clean driving record, and the ability to travel regularly (3+ days per week).
- A Property & Casualty license and/or relevant professional designation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; ability to quickly learn reporting tools such as Domo.
- Experience using Salesforce CRM or similar platforms.
