Key responsibilities & impact

Manage lending portfolio as part of the Vehicle Support team
Help achieve desired financial outcomes as defined by client objectives
Process Due Date Changes, Privacy Updates, Lease Transfers, Check Requests
Facilitate customer correspondence and updates

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or GED
Minimum one (1) year data entry experience, in a high-volume, multi-tasking office environment
Must be available to work Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm Eastern.
Demonstrated ability to take independent initiative
Intermediate proficiency with Windows based software programs (i.e. MS Word, Excel)
Solid analytical and multi-tasking skills that result in solid decision-making skills and time management
Easily manage through change
Strong customer/client focus with the ability to resolve issues with a positive outcome
Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume office setting with great attention to detail
Ability to manage high volume with high accuracy
