About the role
- Provide direct patient care services to hospice patients
- Manage an interdisciplinary group (IDG) consisting of Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants and support staff
- Case manages all assigned patient clinical records
Requirements
- Registered Nurse of an accredited school of nursing with a current license
- One (1) year of experience in oncology, long term care, hospice or home health setting
- Current Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification
- Must have reliable transportation, proof of current automobile insurance and a valid driver’s license
- This candidate must be willing to travel
