• Develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive nationwide growth and support corporate revenue objectives
• Represent Sage at major industry conferences and events to identify new business opportunities and deepen ecosystem relationships
• Help shape the structure of the sales organization at regional and functional levels as we expand
• Take ownership of regional KPIs, providing accurate forecasting and establishing high-performance sales expectations
• Drive investments in sales training, enablement tools, and sales operations
• Build and nurture professional networks to surface new partnerships and opportunities
