About the role

  • Manage day-to-day performance of third-party call center partners to ensure SLA compliance, accurate call handling, and optimal conversion rates
  • Serve as primary liaison between Sage and outsourced call center vendors; resolve service issues, align on scripting, and enforce brand standards
  • Monitor call quality, provide performance feedback, implement training protocols, and produce/analyze call center reporting
  • Conduct monthly billing audits and submit property-level billing reports with corporate accounting
  • Monitor and interpret demand data, competitive set trends, and event calendars to develop pricing and inventory strategies to maximize RevPAR
  • Manage daily rate, restriction, and inventory decisions across all channels; align with transient, group, and catering strategies
  • Produce performance reports, contribute to accurate forecasts, and identify risks/opportunities to drive revenue and market share growth
  • Partner with hotel leaders and cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations) to align strategies and present actionable insights
  • Audit systems and implement best practices to enhance revenue management processes and system accuracy
  • Monitor and troubleshoot SynXis CRS configuration, rate loading, room types, restrictions, and promotional setup for Independent Hotel portfolio
  • Collaborate with revenue, marketing, and property teams to align SynXis content and availability across distribution platforms
  • Troubleshoot system errors, booking discrepancies, and data mapping issues across GDS, OTAs, and internal channels
  • Monitor inventory parity across channels to maximize occupancy while avoiding overbooking
  • Generate and interpret SynXis reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred (High School diploma required)
  • 2+ years of experience in hotel revenue management, reservations, or distribution operations
  • Background working with branded and independent hotels (Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Hyatt, etc.) highly desirable
  • Strong SynXis CRS expertise and understanding of GDS/OTA connectivity strongly preferred
  • Experience managing third-party call centers or leading vendor relationships strongly preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, reporting)
  • Familiarity with Branded and Independent revenue management tools/systems (RMS, CRS, PMS) strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and data analysis abilities (knowledge of BI platforms like Power BI a plus)
  • Excellent communication, time management, organizational, and presentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize competing tasks and collaborate cross-functionally
