Software Engineer

• Oversee department operations in the absence of department leadership
• Respond to guest requests and ensure the safety of associates and guests
• Supervise, train, assign, delegate work orders or projects and inspect work quality
• Make suggestions regarding performance, talent, challenges, and process improvements
• Carry a portable radio and respond to engineering service calls
• Maintain hotel equipment in an efficient, safe, accident-free manner
• Perform essential Maintenance Technician 1 and 2 duties plus specialized trade work (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC)
• Operate equipment as needed (pick-up truck, snow removal) and perform renovation/construction tasks
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures; prolonged standing, walking, bending, reaching, and heavy lifting
