About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Auditing and cleaning the CRM & priority automations
- Developing & documenting priority SOPs across sales, services, and marketing
- Building SOPs for AI skills, agents & workflows
- Standing up dashboards that give the leadership team real-time visibility into velocity, pipeline health and candidate depth
- Fixing top 3 operational bottlenecks slowing the team down and shipping a fix
- Building and maintaining automations that connect tools and reduce manual work
- Supporting marketing ops: systems, measurement, and campaign infrastructure
- Documenting workflows as we build them
Requirements
What you’ll need- You've worked in ops, RevOps, growth ops, or marketing ops at a startup or agency
- Specific tooling experience (Notion, Make, Zapier, Breezy, Flodesk, Twilio, Calendly) is a plus
- You're fluent with AI tooling — You use AI to move faster, think bigger, and create real leverage
- You're organized to a fault and energized by bringing order to chaos
- You take initiative — you don't wait to be told what needs fixing
- You communicate clearly and work well across functions without heavy management.
