About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the conversion engine at Sage Haus
- Manage email and SMS lifecycle for families and candidates
- Build, test, and iterate sequences across email and SMS
- Manage lifecycle stack (Flodesk, SMS provider)
- Own the metrics: open rate, click rate, conversion, revenue per send
- Design and run outbound automation
- Partner with functions to optimize full funnel (landing pages, lead forms)
- Measure drop-offs and propose tests
- Stand up dashboards for lifecycle, funnel, attribution reporting
Requirements
What you’ll need- Owned lifecycle marketing at a startup and can show real revenue or conversion impact
- Comfortable in email, SMS, and outbound — and know when to use which
- Hands-on experience with outbound automation tools
- Think in funnels and identify conversion path leaks
- Strong writing skills — able to ghostwrite in someone else's voice
- Fluent with AI tooling for scaling personalization and analysis
- Data-fluent — able to build and explain dashboards
- Specific tooling experience (Flodesk, Klaviyo, Customer.io , Smartlead, Clay, GA4) is a plus
