About the role
- Design and produce motion work across product launches, campaigns, social, ads, and explainers
- Develop a motion system and toolkit that ensures consistency while allowing flexibility as we scale
- Support key product moments with clear, well-crafted motion that communicates value
- Collaborate closely with teams to explore ideas and bring them to life
- Create brand and web experiences - from early concepts through to polished execution
- Design and iterate our website, campaign landing pages, and interactive brand moments
- Contribute to and maintain our Webflow-based design system
- Shape interactions, motion, and prototypes that make ideas easier to understand and navigate
- Work independently across a range of brand and web challenges while maintaining a high standard of quality
- Use Webflow as part of your core workflow (experience with custom components is a plus)
Requirements
- A motion-first approach, with a strong foundation in visual design and storytelling
- A portfolio that reflects thoughtful, high-quality work across brand, product, and marketing
- Proficiency in tools such as Webflow, Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Jitter, Screen Studio, and PowerPoint
- The ability to work quickly while maintaining strong attention to detail and craft
- Comfort receiving and applying feedback, with clear and open communication
- Experience creating marketing and sales assets (presentations, event materials, social content, etc.)
- Experience designing for B2B or technology products is a strong advantage
- Curiosity about AI tools and how they can support and enhance creative workflows
- Strong instincts for interaction, motion, and narrative
- A high level of care for detail, consistency, and overall visual quality.
