About the role
- Join a young, ambitious team that has been building the platform from the early sprints.
- Lead end to end UX and UI design across complex product areas, from discovery and concept exploration to shipped interface.
- Translate advanced legal workflows and AI driven functionality into structured, intuitive user journeys that reduce cognitive load.
- Define interaction models and design principles that create consistency across features, teams, and product domains.
- Work closely with the Learning Designer to align interface decisions with behavioral change and long term adoption goals.
- Partner with Legal Experts to deeply understand domain complexity and ensure accuracy is reflected in experience design.
- Collaborate with Legal Tech Engineers and Software Engineers to balance usability, feasibility, and performance.
- Prototype rapidly, test concepts with users, and iterate based on real usage data and qualitative feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing complex, enterprise or domain-specific SaaS products, ideally where UX directly shapes user behaviour at scale.
- Strong UX and UI fundamentals and experience using React
- Experience working closely with engineering teams in iterative product environments
- Ability to translate complex problems into simple, structured solutions
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shaping direction
- High ownership. You design, test, refine, and improve what you ship
- Strong communication skills in a remote first setup
- Fluent English is required, additional European languages are a plus
- Experience in legal tech is not required, but a plus
