About the role

  • Design the adoption paths and ecosystem that turns Saga’s AI into everyday legal work
  • Translate complex legal and technical capabilities into clear, practical ways of working that make sense in real practice
  • Move easily between thinking and doing, from mapping how lawyers learn to work with AI to designing content or in-product guidance
  • Build everything to strengthen lawyers' adoption over time, making user adoption the core work

Requirements

  • Experience working in a software or product environment, closely connected to product and engineering teams
  • Hands on experience improving user adoption, onboarding or enablement as part of a product’s lifecycle
  • A builder mindset. You design, create and ship learning or enablement assets yourself, from concept to iteration
  • Comfort shaping in product guidance, learning flows or usage moments together with expert legal engineers
  • Experience translating complex concepts into clear, practical ways of working for professional users
  • The ability to learn from real usage and feedback and turn insights into concrete improvements
  • Clear, direct communication and the confidence to work with legal experts, product teams and clients as a peer
  • Fluency in English. Other languages are a plus
