About the role
- Participate in the management, filing and archiving of legal documents
- Contribute to updating documentation
- Process mail and emails
- Organize the department’s schedule: meetings, trainings, etc.
- Provide versatile support to the legal team in its daily tasks (GDPR)
- Prepare purchase orders and invoices
- Ensure follow-up on legal billing
Requirements
- Organized, meticulous and autonomous, you demonstrate strong reliability in handling files
- Excellent interpersonal skills and comfortable supporting a range of stakeholders
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail in document formatting
- Excellent spelling and written communication
- Previous successful experience in real estate
- Post-secondary diploma (Bac+2/3 or equivalent) in administration
