About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You will play a key role in supporting teams on a day-to-day basis.
- You will ensure the correct execution of employee administration processes while contributing to their continuous improvement.
- You will actively contribute to structuring our practices and promoting our company culture.
- You will be present at the moments that matter across the employee lifecycle: from onboarding to offboarding, including promotions, internal mobility, and sensitive situations.
- Engage managers in key HR moments (performance reviews, salary reviews, talent reviews).
- Manage performance cycles end-to-end: roll-out, analysis, and action plans.
- Act as a change agent: understand strategy, co-design with stakeholders, and facilitate the adoption of changes.
- Implement cross-functional HR projects with rigor and ambition.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have at least 7 years of experience as an HRBP, ideally gained in a tech, deeptech or highly innovative environment, and can operate with a high degree of autonomy.
- You understand the business challenges within your scope, can link company strategy to HR decisions, and speak the same language as your business counterparts.
- You are comfortable interacting with leaders at different levels of seniority, can articulate a point of view, influence without imposing, and build genuine, trusted relationships.
- You have supported diverse teams in varied contexts and can handle sensitive individual situations with judgment and confidentiality.
- You are proficient in key HR processes — performance reviews, talent reviews, salary reviews — and can manage them rigorously while evolving them.
- You have a strong affinity for data: you translate HR analyses into concrete, actionable recommendations and use metrics to anticipate risks and guide decisions.
- You enjoy challenging the status quo, improving processes, and exploring new uses of digital tools and artificial intelligence to increase efficiency.
- You are comfortable in a high-growth environment, particularly internationally, handling multiple topics in parallel and maintaining a high standard.
- You have a very good command of English and can interact effectively in an international context.
