About the role

  • Lead ERP-related projects, including system upgrades, module implementations, and process improvements from initiation to completion
  • Utilize project management tools like Jira to track project progress, assign tasks, and communicate with stakeholders
  • Collaborate with IT, developers, and end-users to ensure technical solutions meet business needs and system requirements
  • Regularly update stakeholders on status of requests, ongoing projects, and potential risks or delays
  • Plan and execute tasks to meet deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Prepare and present project reports and documentation to senior management and stakeholders
  • Administer, maintain, and support the Dynamics 365 F&O system ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Handle incoming requests from stakeholders through the help desk system and ensure timely resolution
  • Act as liaison between internal teams, Dynamics D365 resources, and external consultants
  • Address Level 1 tickets (permissions, access issues, operational tasks) within Dynamics D365 F&O
  • Manage code deployments across multiple instances of Dynamics D365 F&O in collaboration with external suppliers
  • Translate stakeholder needs into system specifications for Dynamics 365 F&O
  • Provide training and create user documentation for new system features and processes
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 F&O and address user concerns
  • Monitor and maintain system performance and proactively resolve issues to minimize downtime
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the ERP system and integrations
  • Stay informed of industry trends and advancements in ERP systems, Azure services, and relevant technologies
  • Periodically provide IS administrative help with other tools related to ERP (Trello, legacy ERP, etc.)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in ERP system administration, specifically with Dynamics 365 F&O
  • 2-5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Module
  • Experience managing ERP-related projects, including upgrades and integrations
  • Proficiency in Dynamics 365 F&O system administration, including security, permissions, and troubleshooting
  • Basic knowledge of Azure services and Azure DevOps
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Power BI for reporting and analysis
  • Project management skills, including experience with Jira and Trello
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills to work with various stakeholders, IT, and external consultants
