Merchandise Associate

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist guests with overall experience while maximizing sales
- Answer guests' questions regarding Hall of Champions equipment
- Complete friendly retail transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and fixtures
- Stock, organize, and sell merchandise
- Assist in inventory control and sales records
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training
- Retail experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to assist guests with their overall experience
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills for interacting with customers, staff, and NCAA contacts
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to understand and follow policies and procedures
- Must manage multiple tasks and priorities
