About the role

  • Lead the strategy and execution of frictionless onboarding flows and impactful monetisation experiences
  • Own the roadmap and strategy for growth capabilities: onboarding, conversion and retention
  • Partner with design, engineering, data, and marketing teams to deliver growth experiments
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to identify opportunities and validate impact
  • Lead multiple cross-functional development teams to deliver product experiences
  • Collaborate with other product teams on dependencies to build a holistic user experience
  • Communicate vision, roadmap, decisions and insights frequently to the broader business
  • Own the success and metrics of the product area and iterate effectively
  • Report to the Director of Product and manage key relationships with Marketing, Support, Go To Market, Finance
  • Demonstrate thought-leadership and drive a culture of experimentation and customer-centricity

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of product-led growth (PLG) strategies and frameworks
  • Expertise in onboarding best practices, activation funnels, and retention levers
  • Strong grasp of subscription models, pricing, packaging and monetisation mechanics
  • Familiarity with growth experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven decision making
  • Understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Tableau) and growth metrics
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable interpreting data to uncover hypotheses
  • Proficiency in defining and tracking key growth metrics
  • Skilled at running structured growth experiments with clear hypotheses and success criteria
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams
  • Strong product discovery skills — translate customer pain points into solutions
  • Experience communicating and influencing stakeholders and executives
  • Customer-obsessed with empathy for first-time users
  • Growth mindset, data-driven but pragmatic, bias for action, strategic thinker
