About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead Implementation of Commercial Strategy: Take full end-to-end ownership of operationalising and executing the defined pricing, packaging, and commercial frameworks, including plan redesigns, model transitions (e.g., hybrid, location-based), and managing price changes on legacy products.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with Product, Engineering, Revenue Operations, Finance/FP&A, and GTM teams to define implementation requirements, incorporate user and business needs into engineering backlogs, track execution, and forecast financial impacts of changes.
  • Design and Lead Pricing Experiments: Build and lead rigorous experimentation plans (pilot tests, A/B tests) to validate strategic assumptions, define success criteria, measure outcomes, and support evidence-based refinement of pricing models.
  • Ensure Adoption and Commercial Readiness: Coordinate rollout plans, manage go-to-market sequencing, and ensure effective adoption and compliance of updated structures by Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams through enablement, documentation, and pricing guardrails.
  • Provide Commercial Intelligence and Communication: Track competitive pricing, market dynamics, and customer insights to inform strategy, while synthesising complex pricing information into concise briefs for executive and senior leadership communication.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • SaaS Monetisation and Experience: 6+ years in product management, monetisation, or pricing strategy within SaaS/technology, with proven execution experience in pricing experiments and commercial model implementation.
  • Analytical and Cross-Functional Skills: Strong analytical capabilities (data interpretation, scenario modelling; SQL a plus) and demonstrated success working effectively across Product, Engineering, Revenue Operations, Finance, and GTM teams.
  • Pricing Expertise and Leadership: Deep knowledge of SaaS pricing strategies (including hybrid and usage-based models), excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives to successful execution.
