About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Engage with inbound leads—primarily Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)—as well as manage recycled leads and re-engagement opportunities.
- Your focus will be to qualify prospects, nurture early interest, and set high-quality appointments for our Account Executives.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Have entry-level experience or background in door-to-door, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles.
- We value grit, hustle, and people skills over formal sales experience.
- Are a coachable, scrappy, go-getter who’s hungry to grow and willing to put in the work.
- Willing to experiment with new tools and approaches to find what generates pipeline.
- Comfortable experimenting with AI tools to improve outreach quality and efficiency.
- Have strong organizational and time management skills—you can keep moving even when managing a high volume of leads.
- Are a self-starter who’s motivated to succeed in sales and open to feedback along the way.
- Communicate clearly, listen actively, and can build rapport with all kinds of people.
- Are comfortable learning and using tools like ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and other CRMs—but no prior experience required.
- Are a natural problem solver who stays proactive and focuses on results.
