Key responsibilities & impact

Own the design and delivery of SafetyChain's analytics and reporting capabilities
Architect and manage analytics infrastructure across Microsoft Fabric and Snowflake
Build reliable, well-modeled data pipelines
Design and deliver dashboards and reports for operational visibility
Define data models, metrics, and KPIs
Identify opportunities to apply AI and ML to analytics use cases
Establish standards for data quality, governance, and documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or BI
Deep expertise with Microsoft Fabric and/or Snowflake
Strong data modeling skills
Experience building dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar
Proficiency in SQL; experience with Python is a strong plus
Familiarity with dbt or similar transformation frameworks
Experience with data governance, lineage tracking, and documentation practices
