• As the General Manager for Nomad Insurance, you will lead the product end-to-end.
• This role blends the responsibilities of a product leader and growth leader.
• You will be responsible for the overall success of the product, from defining strategy and shaping the user experience to ensuring smooth operational execution.
• You will also lead the Nomad Insurance team, including growth, engineering and design, ensuring people are joyful and productive.
• You will be the overall owner of Nomad Insurance, responsible for solving problems and hitting product and growth goals, ensuring they remain aligned with the company’s broader strategy and vision.
• You will be the voice of our Nomad Insurance customers ensuring their experience is amazing so we make something people love.
• Working with the product team to define product goals, prioritize features, and product improvements.
• Leading and mentoring the Nomad Insurance team, ensuring the team remains organized, joyful, and productive.
• Managing the key internal and external relationships needed to successfully run the product.

• Identifying and nurturing new ambassadors and partners who are a strong fit for our Nomad Insurance Complete ambassador program.
• Conducting thoughtful, genuine outreach to build new ambassador relationships.
• Leading 1:1 calls to pitch, onboard and negotiate sponsorships or partnership terms with new ambassadors.
• Supporting ambassadors through early activation and helping them successfully promote Nomad Insurance Complete.
• Managing ambassador partnerships, including budgets, timelines, and campaign execution.
• Monitoring performance across outreach efforts and ambassador portfolios to understand what’s working and where to iterate.
• Exploring and testing creative ways to scale the acquisition and growth of high-quality ambassadors.

Partnerships Manager

Content Manager

• Independently creating high-quality B2B content (written, video, or mixed formats) that reflects SafetyWing’s voice and editorial bar
• Owning the content flywheel end to end: ideation, creation, distribution, iteration, and pruning what doesn’t work
• Partnering closely with the Head of Lead Generation to create content that drives inbound traffic, qualified leads, and pipeline impact
• Identifying which content should be ungated vs. gated, and designing gated assets that convert
• Creating content that helps our opener team start better conversations and gives our closing team credibility and momentum later in the funnel
• Writing and shaping LinkedIn content that consistently drives engagement, reach, and inbound interest
• Designing distribution and repurposing strategies so each core piece of content is adapted across multiple channels (blog, LinkedIn, email, video, sales enablement)
• Leading SafetyWing’s approach to SEO and AI/LLM optimization by creating content that is authoritative, quotable, and structurally clear
• Actively testing and refining how SafetyWing appears in search engines and AI-generated answers
• Establishing direction and quality by example, not by delegation
• Deciding what *not* to make and focusing effort on content that compounds over time

B2B Content Lead

Affiliate Manager

• Lead and close platform deals that emerge from outbound, inbound, and partner-led opportunities
• Own platform relationships end-to-end: commercial conversations, onboarding, growth, renewal, and expansion
• Identify and activate key revenue inflection points (launches, renewals, new product releases) to grow your book of business
• Build trusted relationships and serve as a strategic advisor to partner leadership teams
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with our platform partners, using data to propose growth strategies
• Design scalable systems and processes that allow partners to successfully sell our product without heavy-touch involvement
• Identify churn risks early and work cross-functionally to mitigate them
