Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the full lifecycle of grant reporting including quarterly reports, RFPs, payment requests, and compliance documentation.
Serve as the primary internal point of contact for the company's outsourced accounting, finance, and tax partners.
Review and validate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts prepared by external partners.
Manage internal tools and platforms and evaluate software systems as the company scales.
Negotiate vendor and service contracts and manage office operations and procurement.

What you’ll need

3-5 years of experience in operations, business administration, or a similar generalist role.
Startup or high-growth experience strongly preferred.
Working knowledge of accounting and finance fundamentals.
Strong systems thinking: you can evaluate, implement, and manage software tools.
Proficiency in using work management platforms like Slack, Airtable, Linear, and Asana.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, especially under competing deadlines.
