Key responsibilities & impact

Own our events program
Develop our events strategy, with a focus on industry trade shows and conferences as a primary channel for qualified lead generation
Drive high-quality engagement at every event
Orchestrate pre-event communications
Drive post-event follow-up
Track, gather, and report event metrics
Coordinate on-site event support and logistics for conferences
Support the planning and execution of SafelyYou-owned events
Manage event agency and vendor procurement
Assist HR on logistics for company meetings and internal team-building initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
4+ years as an Events Manager, Experiential Marketing Manager, or similar role in a corporate setting
Proven track record driving lead generation and pipeline impact through B2B trade shows and conferences
Experience managing a wide range of event formats: in-person conferences, virtual meetings, hybrid events, customer workshops, and company retreats
Senior living industry experience a plus
Knowledge of B2B and technology events
Proficient with G Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides), Microsoft Office 365, Monday.com or similar project management tools, Salesforce, and Slack
