About the role
- Support short-term site needs at vacant or underperforming fulfillment center or warehouse locations
- Partner with fulfillment operations leaders and store operations counterparts
- Assist in implementing best practices and processes
- Execute best practices and reinforce standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure quality
- Proactively identify risk behaviors and support coaching/training
Requirements
- High School Diploma Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Preferred
- 1-3 years Supply Chain or relevant experience Required
- 1-3 years People leadership experience Required
- 1-3 years Supply Chain People Leadership experience Preferred
- 1-3 years Kaizen, 5S, Lean Six Sigma Preferred
- 1-3 years High Jump / Koerber experience Preferred
- Ability to occasionally lift windshields, up to 35 pounds
- Travel up to 75%
