About the role
- Perform analysis of all safety and compliance data, create and maintain reports and scorecards.
- Assist with defining and implementing new business processes to support EHS objectives.
- Collect and interpret data to help the company improve safety performance.
- Gather company and industry information and create visual reports.
- Manage data reporting obligations and support compliance tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to verify data inputs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree In Safety, Supply Chain or Business related field
- Preferred 1-3 years Experience in analyzing reports and trends
- Required 1-3 years Experience with other parts of the business preferred.
- Preferred Project Management experience
- Data analytics experience – using tools like Tableau, Power Bi, Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to deliver clear, engaging presentations to audiences of all sizes, both virtually and in person.
- Experience with a growth organization focused on culture and engagement.
- Experience in participating in national initiatives with heavy change management requirements.
