About the role

  • Perform analysis of all safety and compliance data, create and maintain reports and scorecards.
  • Assist with defining and implementing new business processes to support EHS objectives.
  • Collect and interpret data to help the company improve safety performance.
  • Gather company and industry information and create visual reports.
  • Manage data reporting obligations and support compliance tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to verify data inputs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree In Safety, Supply Chain or Business related field
  • Preferred 1-3 years Experience in analyzing reports and trends
  • Required 1-3 years Experience with other parts of the business preferred.
  • Preferred Project Management experience
  • Data analytics experience – using tools like Tableau, Power Bi, Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to deliver clear, engaging presentations to audiences of all sizes, both virtually and in person.
  • Experience with a growth organization focused on culture and engagement.
  • Experience in participating in national initiatives with heavy change management requirements.
