About the role
- Partner with the Store Manager on talent fundamentals, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, training, and development.
- Evaluate current capabilities, identify gaps, and prioritize assignments for team members.
- Responsible for all aspects of store operations, including safety, inventory management, and process compliance.
- Build a culture prioritizing a great customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience
- 4-6 years leadership and supervision experience, preferred
- Ability to work at multiple locations within a district
- Ability to travel up to 5%
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, web applications and general office equipment.
- Ability to operate a company vehicle safely and courteously
- Ability to occasionally lift windshields, up to 35 pounds
