About the role

  • Partner with the Store Manager on talent fundamentals, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, training, and development.
  • Evaluate current capabilities, identify gaps, and prioritize assignments for team members.
  • Responsible for all aspects of store operations, including safety, inventory management, and process compliance.
  • Build a culture prioritizing a great customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 4-6 years leadership and supervision experience, preferred
  • Ability to work at multiple locations within a district
  • Ability to travel up to 5%
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, web applications and general office equipment.
  • Ability to operate a company vehicle safely and courteously
  • Ability to occasionally lift windshields, up to 35 pounds
