About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and strengthen customer relationships
  • Maintain ongoing dialogue with assigned accounts
  • Monitor satisfaction levels and report to stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to grow product portfolio
  • Demonstrate and promote product utility to customers
  • Develop pricing and proposals for customers
  • Drive new revenue growth within assigned segment
  • Measure and monitor KPIs for assigned accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams for strategic account efforts
  • Provide sales forecasts and develop growth strategy
  • Maintain knowledge of external industry issues
  • Execute new product launches and promotions
  • Participate in company training events
  • Plan, manage, and attend trade shows and industry events

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Marketing
  • Minimum of 5 years’ field sales experience
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quota
  • 2 years managing multiple key customer accounts of at least 1M+ in revenue
  • Experience in Occupational first aid for at least 3 years
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and devices beneficial
  • Advanced computer proficiency including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Sound judgment and analytical skills
  • Ability to plan and forecast sales
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Impeccable interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience planning and keeping organized with exceptional time management skills
  • English language fluency required
  • Must have reliable transportation for daily duties.
