About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own Enterprise Client Outcomes (Satisfaction, Retention/Renewals, Adoption, Growth Enablement)
- Run the End-to-End Client Experience Operating Model (Client Care + Client Success)
- Ensure Operational Rigor, SOP Compliance & Audit Readiness
- Lead Retention Risk Management, Escalation Governance & Service Recovery
- Lead Leaders, Build Capability, and Scale the Organization
- Partner with Commercial/Sales leadership on renewal governance
- Measurement, Reporting & Executive Management Cadence
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10–15 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Customer Experience
- Executive-level communication and influence
- Strategic thinking and portfolio governance
- Operational excellence and process rigor
- Leadership of leaders
- Advanced problem-solving and cross-functional leadership
- Crisis and escalation leadership
- Commercial fluency and growth enablement
- Data-driven decision making
- Demonstrated experience leading scaled, multi‑layer Client Success or Client Operations organizations
