- Collaborate with Transformation and Operations Teams to develop business cases
- Ensure training materials and knowledge management articles are updated
- Track and measure the effectiveness of implemented changes
Requirements
- Proven track record in process architecture
- Hands-on experience creating detailed process maps
- Ability to quickly learn and understand how an operation functions
- Skilled at engaging with operational Guardians at all levels
- Experienced in creating compelling business cases and change rationales
- Proficient in Smartsheet (or similar project management tools)
- Knowledgeable about Knowledge Management systems
- Able to work cross-functionally
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Autonomy and Flexibility (work in any way)
