About the role

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Salesforce-based process enhancements and new feature development
  • Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and optimization within Salesforce
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and functional specifications for Salesforce configuration and development
  • Act as a Salesforce subject matter expert (SME) for internal and external stakeholders
  • Participate in defect resolution related to Salesforce data, workflows, and integrations
  • Support testing efforts including UAT, scenario creation, and quality assurance for Salesforce enhancements
  • Partner with reporting and analytics teams to define and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports
  • Monitor and communicate key Salesforce metrics and KPIs
  • Maintain documentation related to Salesforce process design, configuration, and lifecycle management
  • Provide regular updates and communications to stakeholders regarding Salesforce project status and outcomes
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful Salesforce adoption and usage

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Business, Communications, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis, product management, or project management, with a focus on Salesforce.
  • Proven experience gathering and documenting business requirements for Salesforce implementations.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom objects, flows, etc.).
  • Experience working in complex matrix organizations and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI).
  • Superior presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple Salesforce-related projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with process documentation and Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Business Analyst, Administrator) are a plus.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check.
