• Validate vendor/client invoice details
• Generate job costing and gross profit reports
• Analyze and reconcile AP/AR aging and vendor ledgers
• Post month-end journal entries and accruals
• Close month-end books and bank transactions
• Review U.S. payroll and sales commission data
• Manage state sales & use tax filings
• Prepare monthly financial reports and banking requirements
• Follow up on open orders and liaise with U.S. sales reps and vendors
