Senior Commercial Analyst
SAF BOTAFOGOSenior Commercial Analyst overseeing sponsorship and brand activations for Botafogo. Engaging with sponsors, developing strategies for revenue generation, and ensuring project excellence.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Management and servicing of sponsors, acting as the focal point for partner brands;
- Ensuring close relationships with sponsors and guaranteeing delivery of value;
- Monitoring contracts and ensuring fulfillment of agreed commercial deliverables;
- Planning, execution and monitoring of brand activations (stadium, digital, events, and experiences);
- Developing creative ideas to enhance sponsors' visibility and engagement;
- Selling sponsorships and generating new business;
- Identifying commercial opportunities and prospecting new partners;
- Participating in the development of commercial proposals and presentations;
- Supporting negotiations and contract closings;
- Managing commercial deliverables and interfacing with internal teams;
- Working closely with marketing, operations, media, legal, and finance;
- Ensuring the organization and execution of commercial deliverables;
- Monitoring results and performance;
- Tracking KPIs and activation metrics;
- Preparing reports for sponsors and internal areas;
- Proposing continuous improvements with a focus on ROI.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields;
- Previous experience in commercial roles, sports marketing, account management, or sponsorships;
- Advanced English;
- Ability to handle multiple demands and tight deadlines;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Experience in client and project management.
- Experience working in clubs, agencies, or companies within the sports sector;
- Experience with stadium and event activations;
- Intermediate Spanish;
- Experience in building commercial proposals.
