About the role

  • Manage the accounts payable process, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations;
  • Execute accounting and financial operations in SAP Business One (SAP B1) accurately and securely;
  • Monitor daily current account balances and analyze the available cash position;
  • Identify liquidity gaps and support the prioritization of payments;
  • Perform bank reconciliations related to accounts payable;
  • Process payments efficiently via automated bank API/CNAB integration in SAP B1;
  • Maintain supplier relationships, ensuring alignment and smooth processes;
  • Negotiate payment terms, discounts for timely payment, and other payment conditions;
  • Manage payment plans and debt restructurings when necessary;
  • Monitor accounts payable aging and handle internal follow-ups;
  • Prepare and update cash flow projections (daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly);
  • Anticipate liquidity scenarios and recommend actions to mitigate risks;
  • Compare budgeted vs. actual cash flow, identifying variances and supporting analyses;
  • Analyze budgeted vs. actual results, identifying deviations and trends;
  • Prepare monthly reports and financial performance analyses using Excel and Power BI;
  • Develop dashboards and data visualizations to support decision-making;
  • Support budget planning and scenario analyses through financial simulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields;
  • Solid experience in Accounts Payable and/or Treasury;
  • Experience in payment routines and supplier interactions;
  • Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis;
  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI or similar) for building reports and dashboards;
  • Experience in preparing and monitoring projected cash flows;
  • Knowledge of budget vs. actual analysis, with variance identification;
  • Experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1);
  • Experience interacting with banking institutions;
  • Experience with financial routines in companies within the sports or entertainment sectors;
  • Knowledge of the SAF model and Financial Fair Play concepts.
