About the role

  • Support organizations in defining and implementing their Data & AI strategy.
  • Join the Shift Acceleration team to help clients leverage innovative technologies.
  • Participate in consulting and expert engagements to contribute to organizational optimization.
  • Help clients define and analyze their organization, from maturity diagnostics to building the operational roadmap.
  • Act as a bridge between business teams and various departments to ensure alignment between strategic vision and operational execution.
  • Contribute to implementing the AI roadmap and establishing adoption levers (awareness, training, coaching).
  • Participate in monitoring and innovating around new AI use cases.

Requirements

  • Experience in framing strategic ambition, conducting diagnostics and AI maturity assessments (organization, governance, processes, tools).
  • Strong ability to formalize decision-making scenarios: prioritization, scenario planning, and short-, medium-, and long-term budgeting.
  • Proficiency in framing methodologies: design thinking, Business Model Canvas, and strategic consulting framing.
  • Experience in value management and business case development: ROI, performance indicators, value office.
  • Knowledge of adoption levers and change management: creating adoption plans, awareness/upskilling sessions, training, and coaching.
  • Ability to interact with C-level stakeholders (CDO, CIO, CFO, CEO) and to produce high-impact strategic and visual materials.
  • Degree from a top engineering or business school (Master's level/Bac+5 or equivalent), with a specialization in strategy, consulting, transformation, innovation, or AI.
  • At least 4 years' experience in a consulting firm, in innovation (design thinking, etc.), AI impact analysis, or on framing, governance, or program management assignments.
  • Experience contributing to roadmap development, organizational optimization, or large-scale transformation projects, aligned with business and IT priorities.
  • Mastery of diagnostic and assessment methodologies and the ability to present them clearly and convincingly to executive audiences.
  • Recognized for cross-functional vision, strong synthesis skills, and persuasive leadership capable of engaging decision-makers in strategy implementation.
  • Analytical rigor, curiosity, and a desire to build innovative offerings within a fast-growing environment.
  • Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
