Requirements

- Strong interest in experience design, technology, and innovation
- Dual expertise: strategic vision and a delivery mindset
- Proven track record in business development (new account acquisition and account growth)
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams
- Strong command of business fundamentals: profitability, staffing, performance monitoring, and risk management
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
