About the role

  • Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams; translate product requests into clear, actionable data and analytics work.
  • Experience with Databricks, Power BI, and modern AI solutions such as LLM-powered RAG systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across data science, data engineering, and analytics to deliver data products.
  • Manage project scope, risks, and timelines; facilitate prioritization and planning sessions.
  • Track progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders; support agile ceremonies and documentation.
  • Ensure alignment with data workflows, ETL/ELT, data modeling, machine learning, and reporting pipelines.
  • Bonus: exposure to RAG or LLM-based systems, and knowledge graphs such as Neo4j.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical project management experience, preferably in data or analytics-focused environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake), BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), modern ML/LLM concepts and data query languages like SQL.
  • Understanding of data workflows including ETL/ELT, data modeling, machine learning, and reporting pipelines.
  • Comfortable working in agile environments and collaborating across business and technical teams.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bonus: exposure to RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) or LLM-based systems, knowledge of graph databases such as Neo4j and knowledge graphs.
