About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and support website platform operations, including content migrations, updates, and performance optimization.
Coordinate with technical teams on application configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and platform enhancements.
Upload, organize, and maintain video and multimedia content across digital platforms.
Support the creation and maintenance of digital marketing content (website copy, email campaigns, newsletters, presentations).
Manage social media channels, including scheduling, monitoring engagement, and reporting on performance.
Track and report digital engagement metrics to support data‑driven decisions.
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries through shared mailboxes and ticketing systems.
Extract, organize, and maintain customer leads and CRM integrations.
Support event logistics, booth setup, registration coordination, and attendee communications.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s in IT, Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, or relevant experience
3 or more years of experience in digital operations, marketing operations, web coordination, or a related technical support role
Demonstrated skill with website content management systems (CMS), marketing automation platforms, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and commonly used digital marketing tools
Proven organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time and meet deadlines consistently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across both technical and non-technical teams.
