About the role

  • Own the development, maintenance, and accuracy of financial dashboards, reports, and analytical models.
  • Independently extract, analyze, and interpret complex financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain budgets and forecasts by coordinating inputs with Business Unit partners and Finance leadership.
  • Develop and communicate monthly financial performance reporting and insights to Business Unit leaders and the CFO.
  • Drive reporting, analytics, and process improvements across Financial Services by leveraging financial systems and data platforms.
  • Support system enhancements, upgrades, and transitions, and establish standardized processes for financial master data.
  • Explore and pilot advanced analytics, AI-enabled tools, and automation opportunities to enhance forecasting and reporting.
  • Serve as a trusted finance and analytics partner to Business Unit leaders and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, data analytics, or a closely related discipline.
  • Strong proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple enterprise sources.
  • Proven track record of using data and insights to drive business decisions and improve business processes.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with Power BI, SQL, Adaptive, or other modern data visualization/financial systems tools (preferred).
  • Prior experience supporting cross-functional financial transformation projects (preferred).
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled forecasting or analytics tools (preferred).
