Customer Success Manager

• Conduct student advising, providing mentorship, guidance and direction to high-risk students.
• Monitor student progress and identify at-risk students.
• Work individually with identified high-risk students to recommend resources and solutions to academic difficulties.
• Coordinate and lead new student orientation and re-enter orientation.
• Manage campus student engagement activities, including student clubs.
• Collaborate with campus leadership to facilitate and improve services to students.
