About the role

  • Prepare and coordinate all tasks required to produce interim accounting statements and annual financial statements (account reviews, inventory entries, etc.);
  • Prepare documentation for the preparation of financial statements and tax returns;
  • Monitor and participate in the preparation of tax filings within legal deadlines and in compliance with applicable regulations;
  • Prepare the group's consolidated financial statements;
  • Contribute to the preparation of budgets;
  • Ensure proper application of the accounting process and the Group’s internal procedures across the offices;
  • Proactively propose improvements and lead projects related to financial information systems and digitalization.

Requirements

  • DEC required (Diplôme d'Expertise Comptable);
  • Minimum 10 years' proven and successful experience acquired in industry and/or an accounting firm;
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and tax standards to become autonomous quickly in the role;
  • Analytical skills, rigor, and strong interpersonal skills to integrate into a team;
  • Comfortable with the digital environment, advanced Excel skills, and knowledge of BI reporting;
  • Knowledge of Sage, Dext, Diaclient, MEG, Caseware, Silae, PolyAct and other accounting software is a plus;
