About the role
- Provide exceptional service to all customers by answering product-related questions, assisting with product selection, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Sacha Cosmetics' product line, including ingredients, uses, and benefits.
- Identify opportunities to suggest additional products and services that complement the customer's purchase, enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Offer personalized makeup application tips and recommendations, assisting customers in choosing the right products for their skin tone, type, and desired look.
- Engage with customers through phone, email, and in-store visits, ensuring that all interactions are handled with professionalism, patience, and care.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the cosmetics or beauty industry.
- Strong understanding of makeup products, application techniques, and current beauty trends.
- Proven ability to upsell and cross-sell products in a customer-friendly, consultative manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers effectively and professionally.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring that every customer’s needs are met and their experience is positive.
- Able to work in a dynamic environment and respond to changing priorities.
