About the role
- Work with clients to understand business goals and technical needs in the travel industry
- Design end‑to‑end solutions using Sabre technology products tailored to client needs
- Create scalable, secure, and reliable solutions following best practices and industry standards
- Learn and apply travel tech stack: booking engines, reservation systems, APIs, web apps
- Stay updated on tech trends and the competitive landscape to drive innovation
- Advise clients on architecture, integration, and implementation strategies
- Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and assessments to align solutions with client goals
- Collaborate with sales and account managers to present solutions and support the sales process
- Support solution implementation: provide technical guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Troubleshoot implementation issues and coordinate with internal teams to resolve them
- Produce technical documentation and solution specifications; share best practices and training
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in solution design, architecture, and implementation (preferably travel or tech)
- Strong technical skills in cloud computing, AI/ML, APIs, software development, and databases
- Experience with booking engines, reservation systems, and web apps (travel tech)
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences
- Customer‑first mindset and relationship building skills
- Preferred: experience with GDS, CRS, or travel management platforms
- Preferred: knowledge of travel industry standards (NDC, OpenTravel Alliance)
- Preferred: certifications in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Preferred: familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices
