About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end implementation and optimization of Sabre solutions for strategic OTA customers.
- Act as a senior technical advisor across integration, rollout and post go-live phases.
- Influence solution design by partnering with account teams, product and engineering stakeholders.
- Drive customer adoption through tailored enablement, training and technical consultation.
- Share best practices and provide thought leadership across the consulting team and broader organization.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 8 years of experience in product consulting, solution implementation or technical account support in travel technology or ecommerce.
- Strong understanding of OTA platforms, GDS ecosystems and travel distribution strategies.
- Deep expertise in APIs, integration frameworks and modern technology stacks.
- Proven ability to lead complex customer engagements and influence senior stakeholders.
- Ability to travel across Australia and Oceania to support customer needs.
