About the role

  • Leading instructional design projects from concept through delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in training, instructional design, or content development roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with digital learning tools such as Articulate, Adobe, or similar video, audio, and e-learning platforms.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles.
  • Creative problem-solver with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative, curious, and comfortable learning new tools and technologies.
  • Strong commitment to accessibility and inclusive learning design.
